Meet Lila!
Miss Wisconsin 2023
Lila Szyryj is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in journalism and strategic communication. Now, she is a Morning Show reporter at WMTV 15 News in Madison.

"As a Chinese American, my mother immigrated to the United States because of values like freedom of press and local journalism. My passion has always been to help teach our citizens how to best interpret the news and empower them with the tools to hold journalists accountable. My goal is to give a voice to those who feel they need a source of truth, authenticity, and transparency in our divided, changing world."
